Kiran Sondhi

Kiran Sondhi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2000, they served as an HR Business Partner at The Law Society, where they provided guidance on operational and strategic HR matters, including overseeing a relocation project that resulted in significant cost savings. Kiran then joined PwC in 2005 and held various positions, such as HR Business Partner, Global Leadership Programme participant, Deputy HR Director, and Talent Development Leader. In these roles, Kiran demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, and performance coaching. In 2011, they joined Engage for Success as a Core Team Member, working on a pro bono basis to promote employee engagement on a national scale. Kiran currently works at Allied Irish Bank (GB) as the Head of HR, responsible for leading the HR function.

Kiran Sondhi obtained an MSc in HR and Business Administration from Aston University in 1998. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they studied History and Sociology at Keele University.
