Kumar Ashok has a diverse work experience that includes roles in the IT industry as well as writing and poetry. Kumar started their career in 2013 as an IT Support Engineer at Research and Applied Technology, where they provided customer support and troubleshooting services. Ashok then joined Allied Market Research in 2014 as a Desktop Support Engineer, and later progressed to the role of Technical Support Executive, where they managed Microsoft Windows and Outlook systems. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they specialized in IT security management, firewall installation, and managing Windows servers. Currently, Ashok holds the role of Team Lead Admin at Allied Market Research. Alongside their professional experience, Ashok is also a published writer and poet.
