Badru Adio has a decade of work experience in various roles. Badru began their career in 2008 as a Social Media Coordinator at TAGET Media. In 2009, they moved to Prime Atlantic Limited as a Scrum Master. In 2010, they joined Techplanet, Inc. as a Scrum Master. In 2011, they took on a dual role as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Access Bank Plc. In 2013, they joined NEM Insurance PLC as an Agile Scrum Master/Business Analyst. In 2016, they worked as a Project Manager at Franco-Nigerian Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In 2018, they joined Purdue University Fort Wayne as a Scrum Master. In 2020, they worked as a Scrum Master II at Fort Wayne Community Schools. Currently, they are a Scrum Master at Allied Payment Network.

Badru Adio's education history includes a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University Fort Wayne (2018-2020), a French Certification in French Language from Alliance Française de Paris (2016-2017), a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan (2010-2015), and an Associate of Science in Pure Science Track (Advanced Level Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry) from Grand Bassam Modern College (2005-2008).
