Doug Elser has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and program management. From 1998 to 2001, they were the Business Development Manager at the New York Institute of Finance, where they were responsible for helping to develop Latin America as a new territory for Capital Markets training seminars. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Sales Executive at Johnson Financial Group, where they consulted with individuals and families to devise strategies for long-term wealth creation and built a book of over 100 clients in under two years. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Marketing Manager and then Senior Marketing Manager at Fiserv, where they managed mobile banking growth for a select set of 25 of the largest banks and credit unions in the community financial institution space, overachieved yearly mobile-banking-user targets, and increased app store rating by an average of 200%. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Product Marketing Manager at US Bank, where they developed overall product marketing strategy for a $22MM line of business in the payments processing space and managed client webinar series that produced an increase of 100% over historical webinar attendance figures. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Client Success Manager at Appetize, and from 2021 to 2022, they were a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Beavercreek Marketing. Doug is currently the Director of Marketing at Allied Payment Network.
