The Legal and Compliance Team at the Allied Pilots Association is responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations while protecting the rights and interests of the pilots they represent. This team handles legal disputes, negotiates contracts, ensures compliance with benefits regulations, and provides counsel on labor relations to support the union's objectives and uphold the well-being of its 10,000 members.
