Christy Fairchild is an experienced executive in human resources and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Allied Power since May 2017. Fairchild has successfully built and managed the Human Resource and Corporate Development functions for a rapidly growing startup, facilitating employee growth from 1 to 5,000 in just four months. With a diverse background, Fairchild has worked as a Healthcare Consultant from 2010 to 2021, providing training and marketing strategies for various healthcare organizations. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Vice President of Human Resources, and Senior Managing Director of Talent Management at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice. Fairchild also has experience as Associate Vice President at AmSurg, overseeing operational P&L for multi-specialty surgery centers, and served as Vice President of Physician Relations at Saint Thomas Health Services.
