Nickee Allison

Nickee Allison is an experienced executive specializing in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety at Allied Power since April 2021, Nickee previously held the position of Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security for North America at Xylem Inc. from March 2020 to April 2021, where leadership was provided for EHS strategy and operational improvement. Nickee also served as Vice President and Director of EH&S at Day & Zimmermann from March 2009 to September 2019, overseeing 50 sites with substantial revenue. Earlier roles include Director of EH&S at Shaw and The Shaw Group, managing EHS for 29 sites, and manager of EH&S at Ashland and Jacobs, focusing on regional management and construction project oversight. Nickee holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Occupational Safety & Health from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Memphis.
