Powell Talverdi

Powell is our Director, Capital Projects, providing consulting support to all regions on capital projects, building standards, sustainability, and energy management. Over the course of his career, Powell has held progressive positions in building operations and facilities management. Prior to joining Allied Properties in 2010, Powell was at Cadillac Fairview. Powell is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Azad University in Tehran. He is a Certified Energy Manager, an active member of the Association of Energy Engineers, and holds several designations with industry associations.
