Paul Speller

Paul Speller is an experienced professional in project and construction management, currently serving as Pre Construction Manager at Parkeray Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this role, Paul worked at ISG as Liaison Manager, where coordination between divisions resulted in projects worth approximately £100 million in occupied buildings. Paul has also held positions as Project Manager at ISG, overseeing significant refurbishment projects and during challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Project Manager at Oktra Reach and Maris Interiors LLP, as well as UK P&F Programme Manager and P&F Project Manager at Aviva and Commercial Union/CGNU, respectively. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2005 and 2008.
