Kathleen Johnsen

Kathleen Johnsen, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Kathleen joined Allied Resources Group (ARG) in 2017 and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Prior to this role, they were the Corporate Manager of Human Resources at ARG. Before joining ARG, Kathleen worked at Sodexo Healthcare Services from 2012 to 2017, where they were the Retail Manager responsible for all aspects of the retail operation and successfully grew retail sales from $3.2 million to $5.6 million in 5 years. Kathleen also managed a team of 100 employees and coordinated weekly management meetings. Prior to Sodexo Healthcare Services, Kathleen worked at Sodexo, Senior Services as the Food Service Director from 2005 to 2012.

Kathleen Johnsen, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Drexel University in the years 2001 to 2005. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2020.
