Scott Bays

Scott Bays is the Director of Programs, Branch Manager, and Project Manager at Allied Restoration and Construction since March 2016. Scott also serves as the Owner of Bays Assessment Services, LLC, which specializes in insurance estimating services since February 2020. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President and Chief Estimator at CB Recovery Group, Inc. from January 2014 to February 2016, focusing on hospitality restoration. Scott Bays earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University between 1989 and 1993.
