Marc Moscatello, CISSP, ITIL has a diverse background in IT management and leadership roles. Marc has extensive experience in service delivery, operations, and program management. Marc has a track record of driving change and improving user experiences. Marc has worked with various organizations, including Allied Telecom Group, Jacobs, URS Corporation, Zenetex, BEARINGPOINT CONSULTING, Delta Solutions and Technology, Knight Point Systems, LLC, Deloitte Consulting, and Sogeti. Throughout their career, Marc has been responsible for creating and implementing operating models, establishing IT governance protocols, and developing service management strategies. Marc has also provided advisory and consultation services on IT consolidation, process modeling, and outsourcing. Marc is a results-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions and enhancing business performance.

Marc Moscatello attended Susquehanna University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages and History. Marc additionally completed their high school education at Jefferson HS. Marc Moscatello obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in April 2016. Marc also holds certifications in CISSP, ITIL v2, and ITIL v3 from (ISC)², as well as the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
