Victoria Weavill

Victoria Weavill has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Victoria started their career at Yankee Alliance as a Supply Chain Analyst from May 2011 to May 2013. Victoria then joined Optum, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Cycle Solutions from May 2013 to May 2015, Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Solutions from June 2015 to September 2017, Director, Revenue Cycle Solutions from October 2017 to April 2018, and Program Manager at Optum Analytics from May 2018 to January 2020. Currently, they are working at Shields Health Solutions where they began as an Implementation Manager from January 2020 to October 2020. Victoria then became the Director of Implementation from October 2020 to September 2021 and is currently serving as the Director of Operations starting from September 2021.

Victoria Weavill attended Stonehill College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they have also attained several certifications. Victoria earned a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in August 2019, a National D Licence from the U.S. Soccer Federation in August 2018, and a Team Management certification from McKinsey & Company in May 2021.
