Richard Laing

Richard Laing is an experienced software engineer and team leader with a robust background in developing software solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Software Team Leader at Allied Telesis since January 2011, Richard has also held senior engineering roles at Forum8 (NZ) Ltd, GE Fanuc Embedded Systems, 4RF Communications Ltd, and Roke Manor Research Ltd, focusing on embedded Linux systems, network management, and 3D visualization software development. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of St Andrews, earned in 1989.
