Tracey Mitchell has over 10 years of work experience in human resources and administration. Tracey started their career at ESW Group in 2010, where they held various roles including Human Resource Manager, Controller, and Sales Coordinator. In these positions, they were responsible for employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, talent management, and customer service. Tracey also streamlined processes and improved customer satisfaction. In 2018, they joined InfoMC, Inc. as the VP of People Operations, overseeing human resources functions in a healthcare technology company. Most recently, Tracey joined Allied Wire & Cable in 2019 as the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
Tracey Mitchell attended DeVry University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource. Prior to their university education, Tracey also attended Upper Moreland High School, though no specific degree or field of study is known. Additionally, in June 2022, Tracey obtained a certification in Blended Adult Mental Health First Aid from MHFA.
