Gregory Longin

Gregory Longin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Illinois Avenue Partners since October 2022, Gregory previously operated as Principal at GL Consulting and held the position of Region Human Resources Director at Lendlease for nearly nine years. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Syniverse Technologies, Regional Director of Human Resources at WCI Communities, and Director of Human Resources at Melard Technologies, among others. Gregory's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from SUNY Brockport.
