Debra Dunne

Debra Dunne, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP/GM of Human Resources at Coilplus, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, Debra held the position of Director of Human Resources at Westell from 2018 to 2021, leading HR functions for a telecommunications company. From 2015 to 2018, Debra was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Mosaic Healthcare, overseeing HR operations for 10 skilled nursing facilities. At The LaSalle Group, between 2013 and 2015, Debra held two roles, focusing on talent management and regional HR management, driving improvements in organizational effectiveness. Debra began the HR career as a Human Resources Manager at Envision Unlimited from 2003 to 2013, managing recruitment and employee record policies. Debra earned a BA in Music Therapy from Illinois State University.
