Heng Guan (Helen)

Heng (Helen) Guan has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Heng (Helen) worked as the Director of Human Resources at MA Labs from February 2008 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at TechLink Systems as a Senior Technical Recruiter from November 2006 to February 2008. From July 2000 to July 2004, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Staffing Officer. During their time at Alcatel-Lucent, they successfully led a recruiting project, acquiring over 350 engineers and professionals within 10 months in 2003. Heng (Helen) was also responsible for full cycle recruitment, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Additionally, they handled other HR projects such as job evaluation, succession planning, and competency modeling.

Heng (Helen) Guan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University between 1996 and 2000. Heng (Helen) further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2004 to 2006.
