A.j. Polito

A.J. Polito has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the field of environmental underwriting. In 2006, A.J. completed an internship at Willis. This was followed by an underwriting internship at ACE Group in 2007. A.J. then continued to work at ACE Group as an Environmental Underwriter from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, A.J. worked as an Environmental Underwriter at XL Insurance, focusing on pollution and remediation policies. Since 2012, A.J. has been with Allied World, initially serving as a Senior Environmental Underwriter and later moving up to the position of Assistant Vice President. A.J.'s most recent role at Allied World is that of Vice President and Regional Manager of the New York, New England, and Mid Atlantic Environmental division. A.J. oversees a distribution network of retail and wholesale brokerage partners, with a specific focus on construction, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, and industrial insureds.

A.J. Polito attended Temple University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Business Administration. A.J.'sfield of study included Risk Management and Insurance, as well as Economics. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Registered Professional Liability Underwriter from the Professional Liability Underwriting Society in 2014, and as an Associate in Risk Management from AICPCU.
