Joe Vellaiparambil is an accomplished Vice President of Data and Analytics at Allied World, with extensive experience in data and analytics leadership roles across multiple organizations. Previously, Joe served as a Board Member for Evanta, a Gartner Company, and founded Kurian Solutions LLC, delivering transformative data and AI solutions in the financial services sector. Prior to these roles, Joe held significant positions at AXA as Chief Data and Analytics Officer, overseeing the enterprise data strategy, and at Travelers as Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where centralized functions achieved a notable reduction in shadow IT. Joe's earlier career includes prominent roles at MassMutual Financial Group, Bowe Bell + Howell, and Swarovski, highlighting a strong background in information management, project management, and retail systems integration. Joe holds an MBA in Information Technology from Dowling College and a Master’s in Science from Mangalore University, along with completing a program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
