Hema Nagaraju

Hema Nagaraju is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Allied Worldwide since March 2023. Previously, Hema worked at Allegis Group from July 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of 15 recruiters and enhancing their competencies through training and mentorship. Hema's recruitment experience extends across various roles, including Recruiter II and Recruiter I, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes for North America.
