Mark Marsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark is currently the Chief Culture + People Officer at Allies for Health + Wellbeing since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from January 2016 to September 2022. Mark Marsen has a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organizational Training & Development from La Roche University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Duquesne University between 1980 and 1983. In 1979, they attended Rutgers University, but did not obtain a degree as they were undecided about their field of study. In addition, Mark Marsen has obtained a certification in the Core Value Framework from Jump Coaching Connection, Inc. in 2023.
