David Gómez Jiménez

David Gómez Jiménez has a diverse work experience in the field of bioscience and research. David is currently working as a Scientist at Alligator Bioscience AB since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Medicon Village as a Researcher Phd Candidate from March 2018 to November 2022. David also worked as an Assistant Research Fellow at IQS Barcelona from July 2017 to January 2018. In addition, David has experience as a Research Affiliate at MIT Professional Education from September 2016 to July 2017, where they focused on the development of a flow endurable hydrogel for studying neurodegenerative diseases. David began their career as an intern at IMPPC, Institut de Medicina Predictiva i Personalitzada del Cancer, where they worked on their BSc's thesis from February 2015 to August 2015.

David Gómez Jiménez holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotecnología from Universitat de Barcelona, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Bioingeniería e ingeniería biomédica at IQS. Currently, they are enrolled at Lunds tekniska högskola, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Immunotechnology, starting from 2018.
