Catherine Jude

Catherine (Katie) Jude is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist at Allina Health since October 2024, Catherine has held various HR roles at prominent organizations, including Human Resources Strategist at Fairview Health Services and HR Business Partner at Allina Health. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown and Hilton Minneapolis St. Paul Airport - Mall of America, as well as roles in talent development and recruitment management. Catherine holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
