Craig Strauss MD MPH serves as the Medical Director of Quality, Innovation, and Outcomes for the Allina Health Cardiovascular Service Line. In addition to this role, Craig holds board membership positions at Allina Health | Aetna and Allina Health Integrated Medical Network. Craig has been the Vice President for Quality, Innovation, and Advanced Analytics at Minneapolis Heart Institute since August 2011 and also functions as a Senior Consulting Cardiologist. Craig is the Chairman of the Finance and Payer Contracting Committee at Allina Integrated Medical Network and is the founder and Medical Director of the Minneapolis Heart Institute Center for Healthcare Delivery Innovation. Craig's earlier experience includes a role as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Academically, Craig earned a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Public Health from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bowdoin College.
