Dave Slowinske

Dave Slowinske leads the Allina Health Group, which operates more than 100 clinics, employs more than 1,400 providers through its multi-specialty medical practices and includes Allina Health’s Home and Community Services. This multi-specialty medical group delivers safe, high-quality value to our communities and is consistently recognized as a leading practice through its quality and experience outcomes.

Slowinske also leads and supports the creation of new care models and care channels, such as ambulatory surgery centers, industry partnerships, population health and virtual care. In addition, he supports the Allina Integrated Medical Network (AIMN), a clinically integrated network that aligns Allina Health physicians, 2,000 independent medical physicians and more than 20 hospitals to deliver market-leading quality and efficiency in patient care.

Before joining Allina Health, Slowinske held leadership roles at HealthPartners in both their multi-specialty physician group practice and health plan, offering him a unique perspective in the financing and delivery of care. He has also held leadership positions at Cardinal Health, Allegiance Healthcare and Baxter International within supply chain and manufacturing.

Slowinske graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in business and obtained his master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University-Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He is an active member of his community and serves on multiple community boards.
