Erika Schuld

Erika Schuld is an experienced healthcare operations professional currently serving as the Operations Director for Hospice and Palliative Care at Allina Health since February 2016. In this role, Erika is responsible for the core operations, growth, and financial health of Senior Health and Palliative Care services, while also leading a team focused on marketing and outreach strategies. Prior to this position, Erika held several roles, including Manager of Pain, Psychology and Electromyography Services at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Administrative Fellow with University of Minnesota Physicians, supporting quality improvement initiatives. Erika has a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management and Classical Studies from Concordia College.
