Jesse Bissen

Jesse Bissen, MHA, is currently serving as an Administrative Fellow at Allina Health, focusing on both ambulatory and acute care operations since July 2024. Prior to this role, Jesse held the position of Graduate Consultant-Project Manager at Allina Health from January to May 2024, where recognition was received through the Bright Dornblaser award. Previous experience includes working as a Mental Health Assistant at Park Nicollet Health Services from September 2021 to March 2024 and serving as an Administrative Intern at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation from June to December 2023. Jesse earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota. Education was completed at Orono Senior High School, graduating in 2017.
