Sarah Toycen

Sarah Toycen, JD, currently serves as the Director of Compliance and Privacy Officer at Allina Health, a position held since August 2015, after progressing through roles including Compliance Manager. Prior experience encompasses a Compliance Specialist role at Children's Minnesota from September 2012 to August 2015 and serving as Corporate Counsel in the Real Estate Department at Menards from June 2006 to February 2009. Earlier career experiences include a Summer Legal Intern position at Studio Legale Rosauer in 2005 and an internship in the Communications Department at the Embassy of France in the United States in 2001. Sarah Toycen holds a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and has additional educational credentials in Political Science and French from the University of St. Thomas, as well as legal studies from Temple University and foreign policy studies at American University and Loyola University Chicago.
