Tom Rocco

Tom Rocco is an experienced compensation leader currently serving as the Director of Compensation for Allina Health since June 2022. Previously, Rocco held the position of Director of Compensation at Medtronic from February 2018 to May 2022, overseeing compensation strategies for the Neuroscience portfolio. Rocco's extensive background at Travelers includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Compensation, Director of Compensation, Director of Human Resources, and Compensation Manager from September 2008 to February 2018. Rocco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Saint Thomas.
