Mark Koziel CPA, CGMA has a wealth of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Mark is currently the President and CEO of Allinial Global, the second largest accounting firm association in the world. Before joining the AICPA, Mark worked as the Director of Media Planning at Joe Slade White & Company. In this role, they handled media planning, execution, and compliance for various political campaigns and public affairs clients.

Mark's early career includes roles as a Director at Dopkins & Company, LLP, and as a Senior at Lumsden & McCormick. Mark also gained valuable business experience working as a Front End Coordinator at Wegmans while attending college.

Mark Koziel CPA, CGMA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the New York State Board of Accountancy in November 1993, and also obtained CPA certification from the North Carolina State Board of Accountancy in August 2007. Furthermore, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification from the AICPA in January 2012.
