Gabriel Owens is an experienced REALTOR® at Allison James Estates and Homes, focusing on assisting Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in achieving their real estate goals while leveraging knowledge gained from working with Sacramento's top investors. Since December 2016, Gabriel serves as the Office Administrator and Bookkeeper for Allegiance Property Management, committed to providing exceptional service to property owners and renters in the Sacramento area. As the Owner of Costanza's, Sacramento's first interactive sports bar, Gabriel offers unique entertainment experiences, including a self-serve beer wall and late-night karaoke. Gabriel also co-owns Rage Coach, a party bus service designed to deliver memorable experiences to clients seeking fun and excitement. Previously, Gabriel held various roles, including Realtor, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Property Manager at The Whisler Companies, and served as a LCPL in the United States Marine Corps from March 2009 to July 2011.
