Karen Davis

Karen Davis is a highly experienced mortgage banker with a career spanning several decades in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President Regional Manager at The Mortgage House, Inc. since February 1997, Karen brings extensive expertise in various aspects of mortgage banking, including loan origination, approval, documentation, insuring, and servicing. A Reverse Mortgage Specialist since 1991, Karen focuses on assisting seniors with Aging in Place, while also specializing in forward mortgages. With a background as a Branch Manager at ARCS Mortgage Inc. from April 1977 to February 1997, Karen combines a wealth of experience with skills as an FHA, VA, and Conventional underwriter and loan specialist since 1977. Educationally, Karen completed studies at Cerritos High School from 1974 to 1977.
