Alex Vendramini

Alex Vendramini is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in automotive propulsion technologies. Currently serving as Associate Director of e-Axle Technology at Allison Transmission, Alex leads cross-functional teams to develop all-electric commercial propulsion products. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineering Manager at Toyota North America, where Alex directed teams for the validation of hybrid and conventional powertrains and enhanced testing capabilities. As Principal Engineer at Toyota Motor Corporation, responsibilities encompassed managing evaluation strategies for automatic transmissions and improving component designs through collaboration with diverse teams. Additional expertise includes functional architecture development at General Motors and transmission validation at Caterpillar Inc. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Energy Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
