Chris Baillie

Chris Baillie is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of e-Mobility Product Engineering at Allison Transmission since April 2019. Previously, Chris held key roles at AxleTech, including Chief Engineer for Electric Vehicle Systems and New Product Development. With expertise in eMobility powertrain development, transmission design, and project management, Chris has contributed significantly to various high-stakes projects in the automotive sector. Chris's background includes leadership positions at FEV, Inc., GE Aviation, and participation in the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine as a committee member. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
