Glenda Hernandez

Glenda Hernandez, MBA, serves as the Director of Sustainability and ESG Strategy & Programs at Allison Transmission since June 2017, having previously held roles including Global Strategic Marketing Senior Analyst for Transit and Coach Bus, Procurement Program Manager, and Commodity Manager. Glenda's background includes experience as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Purdue University and a Regulatory Compliance Intern at Allison Transmission, where emissions data management was a key responsibility. In addition to various volunteer leadership roles, Glenda has a strong academic foundation with an MBA from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Early experience includes engineering internships and leadership in community service organizations.
