Jeba Danie

Jeba Danie has extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Allison Transmission since July 2009, where responsibilities include implementing manufacturing systems, practicing Lean Manufacturing, and improving workplace ergonomics through time and motion studies. Previous roles at Allison Transmission also include General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Senior Manager of Transmission Assembly & Industrial Engineering. Prior experience includes working as a TCF Assembly Engineer at Renault, focusing on vehicle assembly fixture design and process engineering, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Visteon Automotive Systems, where Jeba designed tooling for new products. Jeba Danie holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from St Michaels Polytechnic.
