Lorraine Gibson

Lorraine Gibson is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in aged care management. Currently serving as General Manager at Allity Aged Care since December 2014, Lorraine oversees the management of Independent Living Units (ILU's) and the conversion of Serviced Apartments to Aged Care facilities. Prior to this role, Lorraine was Regional Manager at Arcare Aged Care for eight years, focusing on the commissioning of new sites and the mentorship of staff to ensure high-quality care and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
