Heidi Hughbanks

Heidi Hughbanks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heidi'smost recent position was with Allium IT, starting in September 2013, where they worked as a Salesforce Consultant, specializing in administration, maintenance, design, and development of Salesforce.com.

Prior to that, Heidi worked at Compuware from March 1997 to August 2013, where they held the role of Senior Programmer/Analyst. Heidi'sresponsibilities included various data analysis tasks such as capturing, cleansing, comparing, merging, and manipulating data using different tools. Heidi also streamlined processes to improve performance, efficiency, and overall quality, and performed system impact analysis to determine project scope.

Before joining Compuware, Heidi worked at Milwaukee Software Company, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator from September 1995 to March 1996. Heidi'smain responsibilities involved generating new business, improving company visibility through proposals, product presentations, and writing marketing materials. Heidi also organized marketing strategies such as conferences, seminars, and open houses, and conducted training seminars and user group meetings to enhance user understanding of the company's software applications and components.

Heidi Hughbanks completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, from the years 1988 to 1992. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA and MISM (Master of Business Administration and Master of Information Systems Management) from Keller Graduate School of Management, with no specified start or end year.

In addition to their formal education, Heidi has obtained several certifications.
