Martina Meneghetti

Martina Meneghetti is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Manager for Allnex Italy since June 2013. At Allnex, Martina oversees all HR functions, including personnel administration, training and development, and health and safety. Prior to this role, Martina held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cytec from January 2007 to May 2013, where responsibilities included payroll, recruitment, and managing state agency relations. Martina's earlier experience includes roles at Favini Spa as Plant Human Resources Manager and Assistant Human Resources, as well as an internship at Cartiere Burgo. Martina holds a law degree from Università degli Studi di Padova and has completed various training programs in leadership and human resources development.
