Robert Harrer

Robert Harrer has extensive experience in the coatings and plastics industry, currently serving as a Senior Lab Leader for Automotive OEM/Refinish and Plastic Coatings at allnex since May 2013. In this role, Robert leads an application lab focused on developing new resin technologies for the automotive and plastic sectors. Previously, Robert was involved in R&D and business development for food and pharmaceutical packaging, overseeing projects related to polyurethane dispersions and acrylics. Prior to joining allnex, Robert held various roles at Cytec from March 2005 to April 2013, including managing applications for consumer electronics and industrial plastics, as well as leading technical service teams for plastic coatings in the automotive sector. Robert's educational background includes a degree in Organic Technology and Analytical Chemistry from Technische Universität Graz.
