Barbara Fitch

Barbara Fitch has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Barbara is currently the Head of Supply Chain at Allogene Therapeutics, where they are responsible for operational accountability and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this, they held various roles at Amgen, including Director of Supply Chain Business Processes & Data Management and Director of Trade Compliance. Barbara also worked at Pfizer as a Master Scheduler and at Sidley Austin as a Buyer. Barbara's experience also includes roles at GSK and Pharmacia, where they focused on procurement and warehouse management.

Barbara Fitch completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University from 1998 to 2002. Barbara then pursued a Master of Business Administration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2009 to 2014. In 2016, Barbara obtained a certification in Supply Chain Reference Model (SCOR) Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from APICS. Lastly, they attended Duke University's Operations Leadership Program from 2018 to 2019, although the field of study is unspecified.
