Jack Chen

Jack Chen has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Jack most recently served as SVP, Finance at Allogene Therapeutics since July 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles such as VP Finance, Corporate Controller at Tintri from 2014 to 2018, and Director of Finance at Host Analytics, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Jack also worked as Director of Finance at Grass Valley from 2011 to 2013, Corporate Controller at Sonics, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, and Assistant Controller at Micromuse, Inc. from 2005 to 2006. Jack started their career as a Senior Auditor In-Charge at KPMG and also held positions at Ciphergen, Tumbleweed Communications, and ONI Systems.

Jack Chen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. Jack also has a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
