Jason C. McDaniel

Jason C. McDaniel has extensive experience in the field of employee assistance programs and organizational development. Jason C. currently serves as the Regional VP for Operations - Employee & Student Assistance Programs at AllOne Health, where they oversee a virtual organization with 6 regional EAPs. Jason C. is responsible for various aspects including acquisition integrations, P&L, strategic projects, and the development and launch of new services and technologies. Prior to this, Jason was the Executive Director at All Points EAP & Organizational Services, where they held full authority and responsibility for all areas of the business. Jason C. also served as a behavioral health consultant in their earlier role at All Points, providing management and clinical consultation, psychosocial assessment, and short-term counseling for employees and their families.

Jason C. McDaniel attended the University of Virginia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Jason C. then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Georgia. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Lynchburg.

In terms of certifications, Jason C. McDaniel is an Organization Development Certified Professional, having received this certification from the Institute of Organization Development in July 2020. Jason C. also holds certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM, obtained in January 2015. Furthermore, they are certified by the Virginia Board of Social Work, received in July 2002. Another certification they hold is from the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, obtained in February 2001.
