Head Of Delivery & Customer Success – Cyberspace Regulation, Digital Intelligence at Allot Communications

Alex Maximenko has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Starting in 1999 at Bezeq, they worked as a Technician in the Time-Division Multiplexing Network. Alex later became a Team Leader in DSL Broadband & IP Network Core, where they were responsible for designing and launching IP/VPN networks and implementing new IP services.

In 2007, Alex joined Allot Communications and took on the role of Projects & Solution, Tier4 Engineer. Here, they developed and led Proof of Concepts (POCs), designed and implemented large projects, and integrated with third parties. Alex then became the Manager of Global Professional Services, where they were in charge of designing and deploying large projects, handling complex Proof of Concept responsibilities, managing IoT responsibilities, and leading a team.

In 2014, Alex was promoted to the role of Director, Global Professional Services at Allot Communications. In this position, they had global responsibility for launching, executing, and tracking large and strategic projects. Alex also managed cross-organizational alignment of products and projects processes and established the Solutions Architecture functionality.

Since 2017, Alex has been working at Allot as the Head of Delivery & Customer Success. In their current role, they oversee Cyberspace Regulation and Digital Intelligence, as well as the Vodafone Customer Facing Unit.

Alex Maximenko completed their education in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. From 1996 to 1999, they attended Tel Aviv University and acquired a Practical Engineer degree. Following this, from 1999 to 2003, they pursued a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Coventry University.
