Boaz Grossmann

Boaz Grossmann has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Boaz is currently serving as the VP R&D Cyber Security BU at Allot since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Allot as the AVP Security Management • Cyber Security from December 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Allot, Boaz had various positions at Gilat Satellite Networks, including Director, Global QA and MDC Offshore Site Manager from October 2017 to November 2019, Global Software Group Manager, NMS & Managed Network Services from March 2013 to October 2017, Global Embedded Software Manager, Managed Network Services from March 2011 to February 2013, and Software Project Manager from September 2010 to March 2011.

Boaz also worked at Enterasys Networks as a Senior Software Engineer - WLAN from January 2010 to August 2010 and at Cisco (Scientific Atlanta) as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2009 to December 2009.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer - WLAN at Chantry Networks from December 2007 to February 2009. Boaz also worked at Gilat Satellite Networks from September 2006 to November 2007 as a Software Manager, Telephony and Satellite, from May 2004 to August 2006 as a Team Leader - Telephony, and from March 2002 to April 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer - Telephony.

Boaz'searlier career includes working at G-Connect as a Software Engineer from August 1997 to February 2002, and at Tadiran Telecommunications as a Software Engineer from April 1995 to July 1997.

Boaz Grossmann pursued their education starting in 1995 at the University of Haifa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences. Boaz studied there until 1999. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Boaz attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree in Integrative Management (EMBA-IM).
