Ilan Arjuan

Ilan Arjuan has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Security Product Expert at Allot since April 2014, where responsibilities include providing expert-level support for various security products and learning new support offerings. Prior to Allot, Ilan held multiple roles at Comverse Technology, Inc. from June 2000 to August 2012, including Team Leader for technical account management and delivery for Value-Added Services (VAS), and management of Tier 3.5 support teams focusing on Unified Messaging and Mobile Data Gateway products. Ilan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the Academic Studies Center (Dan High Tech Academy) and a degree as a Practical Engineer in Software Development from Emek Hayarden College.
