Nimrod Myr

VP Business Development at Allot Communications

Nimrod Myr has over 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Nimrod started their career as a Hardware Design Engineer at RAD Data Communications, where they were responsible for schematic and layout design, as well as software development for an Access Multiplexer product-line.

Nimrod then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Lynx Photonic Networks, where they designed and developed embedded software for Photonic Switching and Protection systems.

In 2005, Nimrod joined Siemens as a Senior Sales Manager, where they facilitated communication between Siemens Fixed-Network Global Sales and the subsidiary company Seabridge Networks Ltd.

Nimrod later joined Nokia Siemens Networks as a Business Development Manager, where they worked on the strategic plan for a new product line and negotiated partnerships and licensing agreements. Nimrod also served as the Head of Optical Transport Sales in Japan, where they introduced Nokia Optical Transport portfolio to Tier-1 operators.

At F5 Networks, Nimrod served as a Senior Business Development Manager and led a strategic partnership with Nokia Networks, focusing on integrated solution offerings and incremental revenue. Nimrod also resolved business problems associated with partner relationships.

Before their current role as the VP of Business Development at Allot, Nimrod worked at Infoblox as the Director of Business Development. Nimrod led all business development and partnering initiatives for the company, focusing on the service providers market and driving incremental revenue. Nimrod also worked closely with partners' Product Management and Engineering teams to identify new technology integration opportunities.

Throughout their career, Nimrod has demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, partnership management, and solution architecture.

Nimrod Myr attended Tel Aviv University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S.c Te).
