Noa Harel

Noa Harel is a Global Human Resources Specialist at Allot since September 2022, where responsibilities include onboarding processes and conducting HR meetings with global employees. Previously, Noa held the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Playtika, focusing on candidate screening and creating positive recruitment experiences. As a Recruitment Coordinator Team Lead at Nisha Group, Noa managed a high volume of candidates and supported various recruitment processes. Additional experience includes teaching roles at the Access for All program and The Jewish Agency for Israel, along with previous administrative work at HRVAC Consulting Engineering Co. Ltd. and serving as an Education Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Noa Harel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
