Desmond Seymour

Desmond Seymour is currently an Implementation Specialist at Allovue. Prior to that, they were Dean of School Culture at ROADS Charter High Schools from August 2015 to April 2017. In that role, they were responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of a comprehensive, school-wide discipline system, including overseeing all documentation and required follow up. Additionally, they developed and managed the student youth court, student suspension hearings and student detention meetings. Desmond also assessed the effectiveness of interventions, made student data accessible, and created opportunities to engage parents in the broader happenings of the school.

Desmond Seymour has a certificate in web development from the New York Code + Design Academy, a MS in biotechnology from Georgetown University, and a certificate in public administration from Florida State University. Desmond also has a B.S. in political science and government from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Desmond is also certified as a Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management & Strategy Institute.
